A+ K Say I Do

I have seen so many sessions photographed at the beautiful Marymoor Park and Archer Hotel in Redmond, WA. I finally got to witness this gorgeous location and I was so fortunate to photograph two very special people on their wedding day, Andy and Kirsten. I cannot wait for you to scroll through the beautiful images from these locations!

This wedding was so special to me because I worked with Kirsten in veterinary medicine for many years. I still remember talking to her about Andy when they first met! Seeing them in this season of life...dogs and more dogs (they rescued one just before the wedding), growing in their careers, photographing their engagement session and then their wedding...such an HONOR! I photographed Kirsten's Mom's brand photos in spring of 2025 and shortly after, I was asked to photograph Kirsten and Andy's wedding.

Legacy weddings are what I live for. Those who know me know how much I care about each and every person I meet. Since I went full-time with photography over this last year, I've been able to give even more (and my clients know that's A LOT!).

Okay...enough about me...let me spill the beauty of the day!

One of the most touching parts of the day was how they honored their beloved pet. Kirsten gifted Andy a custom heirloom with her paw print..a small detail that carried so much love and meaning. Bethany (my second shooter) and I managed to keep it together so we could highlight this very special moment for them.

And of course… their dogs. From flower collars to a pet-friendly celebration, it truly felt like a dream wedding for dog lovers and such a perfect reflection of their life together.

The little bit of rain gave the entire day that dreamy Pacific Northwest feel. They wanted their photos to have a lot of green and highlight the beauty of our cedars and other trees found among Marymoor Park. It couldn’t have been more perfect!

They were surrounded by so much genuine love. From tearful hugs, heartfelt toasts, and a dance floor that stayed full all night. This was the kind of wedding where you can FEEL how deeply loved they are. It was absolutely perfect. Andy & Kirsten, it was such an honor capturing your beautiful day for you!

Rachael (day of coordinator) was so incredible and made sure the day ran so smoothly! Thank you for making my job so easy and fun!
