Seattle Destination Weddings

I've traveled to Europe and as beautiful as it was, there is nothing like the PNW. People travel from all over the world to come see the beautiful places such as Mt. Rainier, the North Cascades, Olympic Peninsula and the Hoh Rainforest and don't forget...Forks! We have lavender fields, apple farms and the world's longest drivable beach, Long Beach.

Whether you’re hiking to a mountain overlook, wandering the coastline at sunset, exploring an alpine meadow, or sharing a quiet morning in a cozy cabin, your session becomes part of the adventure itself.

I have these sessions be intentionally slower paced, allowing space to explore, connect, and create images that feel authentic to your relationship. I'm here to document genuine moments in some of the Pacific Northwest’s most breathtaking landscapes.

INTIMATE ELOPEMENTS

Elopements are for couples who want to slow everything down and focus on what actually matters—the two of you, the landscape around you, and the story unfolding in real time.

Whether you’re exchanging vows on a mountain ridge in Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, in a quiet forest in the Olympics, or somewhere along Washington’s wild coastline, your day is designed with intention and freedom in mind. No strict timelines. No expectations. Just space to be fully present.

I help my couples with much more than showing up and taking photos. I help with location ideas, permits, timelines, logistics, lighting, weather considerations, activities, and figuring out how to turn all of those pieces into an elopement day that actually feels good to experience.

A Note About Mountain Seasons

The Pacific Northwest is beautiful in every season, but our mountains have their own timelines. Snowfall, road closures, elevation, and changing weather can influence which locations are accessible and when.

Some destinations are best experienced during a short summer window, while others offer different possibilities throughout the year. I book mountain experiences during select seasonal windows based on location and access.

If you're traveling from out of state, I recommend reaching out before finalizing your date or travel plans. I'll help you navigate the options, choose a season that fits your vision, and plan for alternatives if conditions change.

Your Washington Adventure Photographer

Traveling and photography set my soul on fire. A day spent by the ocean or in the mountains with couples on their most perfect day, in the most beautiful locations in the country, is forever my passion. Part of that passion is the planning process. I help couples explore location options, consider the time of year and we work through the details that shape your experience.

Choosing your location

Washington has no shortage of incredible places, but the right location depends on more than the view. Seasonal road access, hiking distance, elevation, weather, and the time of year can all shape what's possible. We'll talk through your priorities and find a location that makes sense for the experience you're envisioning.

Not every location requires a long hike or a remote mountaintop. I've spent time scouting locations throughout Washington, including ADA-accessible areas and shorter trails, so you can spend your time enjoying the experience with your person rather than worrying about hiking several miles to get there.

You might be surprised by some of the places I've found. Some of the locations that look like we've ventured deep into the woods or mountains are actually much closer to the parking area than you'd ever guess.

Where Your Washington Photo Adventure Can Take You

Washington is full of places worth exploring, from alpine mountain views to windswept coastlines and tucked-away forest trails. Whether you have a specific location in mind or need help discovering somewhere new, we'll find a setting that is perfect for your vision.

Mountain Landscapes

Dramatic peaks, alpine meadows, and expansive views throughout the North Cascades and Mount Baker region.

Forests & Waterfalls

Moss-covered trails, towering evergreens, and quiet corners of the Pacific Northwest for a more intimate, woodsy feel.

Coastal Views & Lighthouses

Rugged shorelines, ocean air, driftwood beaches, and historic lighthouses for couples drawn to the coast.

Lakes & Scenic Overlooks

Reflections on the water, sweeping valley views, and beautiful places to slow down and take it all in.

Hidden Gems & Easy-Access Locations

Not every adventure requires miles of hiking. I've scouted locations throughout Washington, including shorter trails and accessible viewpoints, that offer incredible scenery without a strenuous trek. I also know some of Washington's most fairytale-worthy places. And if you've been dreaming of a location that feels straight out of a storybook, I'm here for it!

Planning & Seasonal Access

Many people travel to Washington and are unaware of our weather conditions, road closures and snow that can suddenly happen at higher elevations. This is where I come in. I've seen it all and my husband and I survived an unexpected snow storm in the mountains.

When I say I have backup plans and I'll be checking the weather days and hours before your day with me, I mean it.

When planning an adventure session in the beautiful PNW, keep in mind that we are known for our HOA HOA season. With that comes some drizzle and clouds. If it rains on your special day, know that your photos are going to look even more romantic than you ever imagined.
